fxtalk (hereinafter referred to as "we") values the privacy and protection of personal information for our users and is committed to maintaining your trust in us. We promise to take appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. Before using any of our products or services related to placing or accepting orders on fxtalk APP (hereinafter referred to as "our products or services"), please read and understand the "fxtalk APP User Privacy Policy" (hereinafter referred to as "this policy") carefully, especially the bolded parts. By signing or clicking to confirm this policy, you indicate that you have understood and agreed to all the contents of this policy. If you have any questions about this policy, please do not proceed and contact us through the contact information provided in this policy.
When using our products or services, we will handle your personal information in accordance with the relevant requirements of national laws, regulations, and regulatory policies such as the Personal Information Protection Law, with your authorized consent (except where otherwise provided by law). Our products or services contain some basic functions that are necessary to achieve the products or services. We collect, store and use the following information related to you in order to achieve these functions. In other words, if you do not provide relevant information, you will not be able to enjoy the products or services we provide. Specifically, it includes:
1. Personal information you use when logging in to the fxtalk APP
When users (referred to as "fxtalk users") log in to this APP using their mobile phone numbers, this APP requires the login mobile phone number name and identification information as real-name verification information to ensure true and valid information.
2. Personal information you use when using network transaction services
When you use the network transaction services provided by this APP to purchase goods, this APP needs to obtain your name, contact phone number, and mailing address information.
3. Personal information you use when updating your personal basic information
In order for you to update your avatar, photos, and real-name authentication information directly in the APP, we need to obtain your camera and storage permissions.
4. Personal financial information you use when enjoying rights and interests services or participating in activities
In order to facilitate your query of the equity information obtained in the APP, we will collect the points, phone fee coupons, traffic packages, electronic coupons, redemption coupons, voice packages, card coupons, and other physical prizes information you obtained during the enjoyment of rights and interests services or participation in activities, and display them on the corresponding activity pages for you.
5. In order to facilitate your better use of the APP's new and old version functions on both ends, and to continue to display stable services for you, we need to obtain your terminal device brand information, device manufacturer information, and current APP version number used to distinguish between new and old versions and develop corresponding work for different platforms (Android/iOS/offline web pages).
6. In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the service provided to you, we need to record the fxtalk service category, method and device model, IP address, device software version information, device identification code, device identifier, location information, network usage habits and other log information related to fxtalk service, which is used for risk control verification.
7. In order to ensure that we provide you with basic APP webpage loading services, we use the system framework React Native. We need to obtain your IMEI and android_id permission to load H5 web pages.
(II) Circumstances in which you can independently choose to provide personal information based on extended functions
In order to enhance your user experience, there may be the following extended functions when you use our products or services. At that time, we will obtain your authorization and consent through a pop-up window or other means before collecting and using your personal information. If you do not provide this personal information, you can still use our basic product or service functions, but you may not be able to use some extended function services.
1. In order for you to load H5 pages, start page videos, and upgrade the client's new version online normally when using this client, we will obtain your mobile terminal storage permission and receive multimedia content such as pictures, sounds, and videos from your mobile terminal after obtaining your authorization. If you refuse to authorize us this permission, functions related to mobile storage inside the APP may not work properly.
2. To provide you with the ability to share, when you enter the application or any functional page, we need to obtain information about your clipboard and cut-and-paste board contents. You cannot use this function service if you do not authorize it.
3. In order to facilitate your direct dialing within the APP, we need to obtain your phone call permission. You cannot use the corresponding function service without authorizing this permission.
4. We use the REQUEST_INSTALL_PACKAGES permission to allow IT administrators to install enterprise-customized business applications and tools within fxtalk. This functionality is limited to internal use, requires user consent, and does not involve the collection of personal data.
5. This application uses the `QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES` permission for device identifier generation and message push optimization in the JPush service. This permission is used solely for statistical analysis purposes and does not collect any personally identifiable information or sensitive data. We strictly adhere to our privacy policy, and all data is processed anonymously.
(III) Circumstances involving embedding third-party code or plugins that transmit personal information in the fxtalk APP
In order to jointly provide product services to you, improve the quality of product services, or consider the security of product services and other necessary and reasonable needs, we may receive your personal information and other information from affiliated companies, partners, and other trusted third parties in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and regulatory policies or through your authorization. For example, when you order our products through our affiliated companies or business partners' websites, the booking information you provide to them may be forwarded to us so that we can process your order.
We will conduct strict security checks on third-party SDKs and require partners to take strict measures to protect your personal data. When meeting new service requirements and changes in business functions, we may adjust the third-party SDKs we access and promptly disclose the latest situation of accessing third-party SDKs to you. Please note that the data types of third-party SDKs may change due to version upgrades or policy adjustments. Please refer to their official instructions for details. The specific items are listed as follows:
1. Microsoft SDK: In order to provide better security services, we need to use this SDK to determine the uniqueness of a user's device and prevent illegal use of someone else's account. We may need to access your local device information (IMEI number), android_id, and MAC address.
2. WeChat, Alipay SDK: In order to facilitate your use of online transaction functions, we use WeChat and Alipay SDK and may need to access your local device information (IMEI number), read and write storage, iccid, android_id, MAC address, ssid, IMSI, bssid, and view network connection permissions to ensure normal payment. The integrated Alibaba utdid2 SDK requires full network access permission, viewing network status, and viewing WiFi status to assist in developing payment functions. If you do not provide the aforementioned information, we may not be able to provide you with corresponding online payment services, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions in the client.
3. Zxing SDK: In order to make the images you see in the APP clearer, we use Zxing's SDK, which requires access to your network status, reading storage, and camera permissions to increase the visual degree of image processing and page images when scanning QR codes. If you do not provide the aforementioned information, we may not be able to provide you with the corresponding QR code recognition function, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions in the client.
4. ReactNative SDK: In order to provide you with better and higher-quality services, we will use the aforementioned SDK to obtain your ssid, WiFi information, device application installation list, and other information to improve the support of basic capabilities.
(IV) Rules for processing your personal information
1.Please understand that as the functions of this APP continue to enrich, when new services or functions involving obtaining user authorization are introduced in the future, we will clearly prompt you through pop-ups, page prompts, and other methods before collecting your personal information and obtain the necessary permissions only after obtaining your authorized consent for the required permissions to enable that function. If we do not obtain your authorization, we will not collect or use related information, and you may not be able to use the relevant product or service functions, but it will not affect your use of existing products or services and their functions.
2. In the process of collecting personal information, we will strictly comply with relevant laws, regulations, and regulatory policies and will not collect any personal information prohibited by law, regulations, or regulatory policies.
3. You understand and agree that we do not need to obtain your authorized consent in the following situations for using personal information:

4. In order to provide services to you, and in compliance with national laws, regulations, and regulatory policies, we may use the personal information collected for the following purposes:
(1) To verify identity, provide customer service, ensure security, detect fraud, archive and backup data, and ensure the security of the products and services we provide to you;
(2) To meet national requirements for services aimed at promoting government management, strengthening social governance, improving people's livelihoods, and establishing a credit system;

6. When we use information for purposes not stated in this privacy policy, we will obtain your prior consent. In addition, third-party entities may provide services to you through the fxtalk APP. When you enter a service page operated by a third-party entity, please note that the relevant service is provided to you by the third-party entity. If it involves a third-party entity collecting personal information from you, we recommend that you carefully read the third-party entity's privacy policy or agreement provisions.
III. How we use Cookies and similar technologies
(1) Cookies
To ensure that the APP and embedded web pages function properly, we store small data files named Cookies on your computer or mobile device. Cookies usually contain identifiers, site names, and some numbers and characters. With Cookies, websites can store your preferences or the product data in your shopping cart. We will not use Cookies for any purpose beyond what is described in this privacy policy. You can manage or delete Cookies according to your preferences. However, if you do this, you will need to change user settings personally every time you visit our website.
(2) Website beacons and pixel tags

You authorize third parties such as banks, securities, insurance, credit reporting agencies, etc. to query and collect information about you on fxtalk, or we will share your information with third parties within the scope permitted by laws and regulations and authorized by you. We will confirm the legitimacy of the source of personal information and use your personal information in accordance with the agreement with the third party and under the premise of compliance with national laws, regulations, and regulatory policies.
4. Share with our affiliated companies: Your personal information may be shared with our affiliated companies. We will only share necessary personal information within the minimum range that can achieve business purposes in accordance with the principles of legality, legitimacy, necessity, and good faith, and subject to the constraints of the stated purposes in this privacy policy. If required by relevant laws, regulations, and regulatory policies or if we deem it necessary to protect your rights, we will seek your separate consent before providing information to affiliated companies. If an affiliated company wants to change the processing purpose of personal information, they will seek your authorized consent again.

At the same time, you have the right to request corrections from us through the methods listed in (1) Access to your personal information.
(3) Deletion of your personal information
You can delete some of your personal information through the path of "fxtalk APP-Me-Settings", or apply to cancel your account to delete all of your personal information.
You may request deletion of your personal information in the following circumstances:
1. Our processing of personal information violates laws and regulations;
2. We collect and use your personal information without your consent;
3. Our processing of personal information violates our agreement with you;
4. You no longer use our products or services or you have cancelled your account;
5. We no longer provide products or services to you.
Please note that when you or we successfully delete the relevant information with our assistance, due to applicable laws and security technology limitations, we may not be able to immediately delete the corresponding information from the backup system. We will still keep the previous information according to the time required by regulatory policies, and competent authorities still have the right to query it within the legally required retention period. During the retention period required by law, we will securely store your personal information and restrict any further processing of it until the backup can be deleted or anonymized.
(4) Cancellation of your account as a personal information subject
You can cancel your account previously used through "fxtalk APP-Me-Settings-Cancel Account". After you cancel your account, all information in that account will be cleared, and we will no longer collect, use or share any personal information related to that account. However, we still need to keep the previous information according to the time required by regulatory policies, and competent authorities still have the right to query it within the legally required retention period.
(5) Changing the scope of your authorization consent
Each business function requires some basic personal information to be completed. For the collection and use of additional personal information, you may give or withdraw your consent at any time.
(6) Response to your above requests
To ensure safety, you may need to provide a written request or other proof of identity. We may request that you first verify your identity before processing your request. For your reasonable requests regarding personal information, we generally do not charge fees, except for repeated or exceeding reasonable limits. For those unreasonable requests that are repeatedly made, require excessive technical means, bring risks to the legitimate rights and interests of others or are unrealistic, we may refuse them.
